A worth while upgrade?

Hello All.
I am currently using a K-7 and a K20 as my backup. Prices seem pretty good right now for a K5... Is it worth it? I figured I would sell my k20 with grip while it still has some value and use my k7 as a backup which I still love.
I am not a wedding shooter or anything crazy. I shoot mostly shoot kids, families and portraits. Is high ISO performance much better?

Any info on this is truly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!

Phil

Got it.

Thanks for your quick answers. I just picked up my k5. The plan is to keep my k7 as a backup.
Any reason I should keep the k20 as a backup and sell off the k7? (besides ergonomics, i always liked the k10, k20 feel better)

None that I can think of. The form factor and control layout of the K-7 will match the K-5 so it will be easy to switch between the two.

The diff in resale between the 20 vs k-7 maybe if you needed to get back more $?
