The Prosser Balloon Rally happens in September every year, and the Walla Walla Balloon Fetival happens around Mother's Day every year. Also keep your eyes open for the Wild Horse casino in Pendleton, Oregon (Indian casino on Umatilla Indian Reservation) as they have had one in the past and may do more balloon festivals. Dave | |
