Verdict:
1. VERY GOOD NEW - K-5IIs is MUCH better under EV-1 and EV-3 condition in terms of accurancy, No any serious difference between EV-1, EV-3 and EV6.
2. The accurancy under EV6 is the same

Under EV -1 - K-5IIs hits 8 shots from 10 with 100% result, K-5 - only 3 shots.
Under EV -3 - K-5IIs hits 8 shots from 10 with 100% result, K-5 - can't even focuses.

My copy of K-5 had the unpredictable accurancy in good light.
If they have good copy of K-5, the accurance under EV6 is good new, if they have ordinary K-5 - it's hard to appreciate.

Let's pretend that the k-5IIs now are equal to good copies of the k-5, not the bad ones. Until it's proven otherwise, that is...

Using this statement from them anyways:

K-5 IIs focuses very well and almost surely in all the lighting conditions (including in the dimly lit room, about -3 EV).

The problem is that both you and these russians claim that there are no differences in good light. But according to your test and this test, not all aspects of the autofocus is tested. You seemed to concentrate only on focus speed. It looks like this russian test only looked at focus miss or hit. There are a lot more about autofocus than this.

1. Focus accuracy with fast lenses (f/1,4 - f/2)
2. Focus repeatability
3. Tracking (speed, able to ignore temporarily objects in the foreground like tree, grass, light pole)
4. How good it is to find objects to focus on. (Bird with noisy background) (Long focal lengths heavily out of focus)

No real difference in accuracy, though faster lenses will let the AF system make faster measurements earlier (i.e. with less ambient light) than slower lenses.

There's a bug where it sometimes just doesn't do anything if it thinks there's not enough contrast. In all other respects, it's just like its predecessor. However, the SEL area expansion feature does come in handy if you're trying to keep your camera locked on a single subject.
