Disabling live view grid in firmware 1.12

Hi all, I just updated my K5 to firmware 1.12, and noticed in Live View I now have a grid on the screen. Never really noticed it before, but I rarely use Live View. Is there a way to turn it off?

I have that too and can't find a way to turn it off nor to turn off the stupid zoom every time you AF.

In the 4th tab of the record menu, select live view and then select the no grid option.

This will be in Setup Menu(4) settings for Live view. There is 3 grids to choose from, or off.

The grid is fantastic...especially when the electronic horizon is askew.
