Wife Got Me!

wife is getting into photography finally! well one of her favorite subjects is, well, you know......ME! lol
This was taken with my good ol'trusty 18-135 which I have her started on. shot taken at Red Rock here in Vegas, I was sporting my K3/DFA100 macro WR, wich I just love using, although I have a feeling she is going to lay claim to it once she uses it, she seems to be leaning towards macro photography...
please excuse the purple fringing, edits were done quickly on these shots, plus I dont see the fringing on the edited images on my computer, so I imagine it was done during compression for this post

This cat looks vigilant. I was checking if I can get a useful image from my 40mm 2.8 XS.
Bought it some time ago here in the marketplace, but it looks decentered. Everything outside of the dead center is very bad, no matter what aperture I use.
This photo turned out fairly usable, if you don't examine too closely...
