Weird movie mode problem with K5

So I was testing the movie mode on my K5 today and noticed something quite odd. There seems to be a few horizontal lines that move upwards in certain aperture settings on my M50 1.7. This also showed up in my DFA 50mm as well. It is not present in live view mode. Has anyone experienced this before or have any idea what it is?

Ignore this, must have been a function of FPS vs the fluorescent lights in my office...
