K-5 and HDR timelapse

I upgraded from K20d to K-5 to partly use the extended ability of the K-5 to shoot up to 999 images in interval-mode, as opposed to the 99 max. images you get with the K20d. The K20d lets me shoot interval AND exposure bracketing at the same time, but with the K-5 this seems NOT to be the case. Yes,-I have set the K-5 to shoot the full bracket with only one shutter button push/actuation. I would very much like to avoid the use of an external intervalometer since the K-5 has one built into the camera, so is there a hidden secret to shoot interval AND exp. bracketing at the same time with the K-5?
