Hi
The blower won't do much, why ?
Because the
amount of crap on the sensor tells me that it was not cleaned for a very long time. (It has accumulated over a long time)
This simply means that some of the "Schmutz" has started to fuse or weld itself onto the sensor surface particularly if it is of organic matter. The round shape of the spots is a dead giveaway for that. (It has "bloomed into this shape) Humidity inside the camera will do that. This is why I always say as soon as you see spots on the sensor clean it as soon as you can because you don't know what it is and you don't want to give it any chance to get unnecessarily stuck. Particularly if it could be organic like pollen or, heaven forbid, metallic oxidizing dust.
I am cleaning a lot of sensors and I believe by now I know what I am talking about. (Even if I say so myself.)
I am afraid your sensor is in for a wet clean.
Greetings
