If I never followed up it would have taken at least 10 weeks to get my camera back without a single form of communication regarding the status. I never even received notice that they received my defective camera in the first place.

Enough bitching. I have a new cam now. Having said that, improve your service PENTAX!!! Not many would have been as patient as I was.
