My K-5 is stuck in flash mode

Hi all, yesterday my k-5 somehow switched into flash mode "flash on" function and I can't get it out of this. I'd like to set it to take high speed photos but the only options that come up when I select the flash button are the flash on options. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Are you in 'green mode'? Not all functions are available when the camera is set to that.

There is a relationship between the shooting mode selected and which flash modes are available.
Starts on page 182 of the manual.

Duh… pushing the wrong button. Thanks for all your help. Apparently senility has begun.
