I just received a K-5II (body-only) purchased through Amazon (sold by Electronics Basket, fulfilled by Amazon), haven't even had a chance to charge the battery and test it yet. Looks like factory packaging, and all hardware appears new and unused. But...
The thing I am concerned about is that the included manual (copyright 2010 by Hoya) is for a "K-5" model, NOT the "K-5II". This discrepancy makes me wonder if other details might also be fishy.
I realize that operation of the two cameras is similar if not identical, and I know that the actual K-5II/K-5IIs manual is easily available online. I would just like to know, before I pursue the matter further, whether anyone else has encountered this and whether I should be concerned. For all I know K-5 manuals in K-5II's boxes may be a common occurrence.
Thanks in advance. Any help much appreciated.

Electronics Basket isn't an authorized dealer, and while I'm sure that this has happened before, I haven't heard of it happening with the K-5 II. The good news is that the K-5 II and K-5 and basically identical in operation. I think the only difference in the menu is that the K-5 II doesn't have the image comparison feature.
