Shim viewfinder?

Hi to all
my k5 seems to have issues to focusing (with manual focus lenses) thrue viewfinder.
I read about "shim viewfinder" to solve... Could you tell me how shim viewfinder? Is there any video or tutorial about?

Try focusingscreen.com, they have tutorials but they are a bit hard to follow. Essentially you need shims, and you need to know if it is front or back focused.
