K-5IIs freeze

In movie mode, my K-5IIs will, on occasion, freeze. The live-screen image is frozen and the on-off switch does not work. I have to pull and reinsert the battery to restart the camera. Anyone have any idea as to the cause?

Do you have the latest firmware installed on the camera? The current firmware is 1.07
If not, you can find download it here: Latest K-5II/K-5IIs Firmware Update : Software Downloads | RICOH IMAGING

Dear disconnekt: Thanks much for responding. Great minds think alike. I had checked that and I had the latest firmware update.
