I've now purchased and returned a number of SD cards that the K5 rejects. It turns on and the message is on the screen. The camera will do nothing else. I read the article on SD cards that Adam sent and this card should work but no. The camera works fine with my older Sandisk and Emtec 32gig cards that I've had for years now.
Anyone have a solution or do I need to get an older spec card?
I look forward to your help.

What firmware version is on your camera? The original firmware didn’t support sdxc.
