Some side by side shots (apples to apples) of its output vs the k-x or k-7 would be very useful :P

or even better the 7d or some of the other competition if you have one laying around

Let me get this straight...
You just got your K-5...
And your leaving for work?

That's bordering on blasphemy!

Congrats Frank!! Good to see you're one of the first (the first I read about anyway) to receive their K-5.

I'll be looking forward to seeing your feedback!!

Mine is ordered as well, but the last message I got was that Belgium would only receive copies 10 days from now.

You know, I am very glad that frank is the one of the first of those who got K-5. I am glad because I am sure that we will see good pictures in the first place, not some boring boxes or wall shots. Me and my wife have always liked frank's children pictures very much. Keep them coming frank!

Or boring old Black.

Please post a nice 25600 portrait sample.

How else could he afford it. Frank come back you forgot to put the battery on charge! Those samples are worrying... there's no way we can guilt them into reducing the price at this rate

That's okay, he can just pull the D-Li90 out of his K-7 and pop it into the K-5!

+1 Everything Edvinas said except the bit about the wife, fortunately I don't have one of those.

NaCl(otherwise I would not be able to afford all my nice lenses)H2O
