Landed in Australia

Just got my k-5 today, very good deal from Singapore (Emjay).

Totally love it! Such a huge step up from the K100D. Now my main problem is keeping it out of my 18yo daughters hands (she also has a K100D and a Canon 1D Mk 2).

Emjay's price is probably one of the cheapest in the world at the moment.
First shipment of K-5s were completely sold out.

I think there are definitely more than 8 K-5 in Singapore alone, so the 8 for Asia may not be representative

Actually its only seven, that 8th vote is from me (buaobao) from HongKong .... and i know there are at least 5 pieces in stock in one of the camera store where i bought the K-5 altho i'm not really sure if it's already gone by now becoz Hong Kong shooters(photogs) are more of like have their favorite in just the big 2(C & N) with the exception of minority users such as myself and some others whom i've seen their pentax in color.

In my own little world with plenty of birds and bugs to photograph under perfect green skies. (Where's the "Other" option?)

It's a happy place...with trees, and flowers, and chirping birds!
