Dumb K-5 question re: Auto-ISO

Hey guys... left my manual at home and need a quick answer from someone who has theirs at hand (or is just an ubergenius and knows the answer):

When you override the Auto-ISO to select a certain ISO setting, how do you then go back to Auto-ISO? I just can't seem to figure it out.

I think you just press the iso button and then the green button.

edit: (although I don't have it in front of me )

Yeah... never used Auto ISO on the K-7 because there wasn't much range to work with.

Can you imagine me trying to use the TAv function on the K10D?

ha ha ha ha

BTW, can someone confirm if the K-5 has the TAv mode?

Thanks!

Yes, it does. And with a larger usable ISO range, TAv mode is even more useful on the K5 (IMO)

Press the Auto-ISO button, then press the Green Button.

Hi you all, I am a Newbie here. Have a K5 on order at Adorama if they ever get any in. I have used the K20 for about the last year or so. and have only used Class 6 SD cards. My question for you all is, do I need to get/order a Class 10 SDXC Extreme card for the K5? Amazon has them at around $85 bucks (ouch).

Thanks for the help.

As far as I know, the K5 does not (yet) support SDXC cards. This is suppose to happen later via firmware. Right now a fast SDHC card is your best bet.

Well yes, a class 6 will work fine but a class 10 (20MB/s) or a SanDisk rated at 30MB/s works better. At least on my K10D it does.

Oh, and newegg.com where I usually get all things computer is a little pricey on the SanDisk SDHCs try Amazon. I just got and 8GB 30MB/s SanDisk $20 cheaper. And free shipping.

Thanks for the input guys.

I started another thread on this subject because I am quite ignorant on cards and couldn't find any threads about how the various cards do/could preform in the K5.
