Enable hotshoe above sync speed for wireless HSS purposes and pseudo HSS with longer duration flashes.

Fix the inconsistent Fx button for exposure bracketing that has been reported with two options. 1. Bracketing On/Off (first press turns on and bring up the menu, another press turns off bracketing) 2. Bracketing Menu (first press turns on and bring up the menu, another press brings up bracketing menu).

Sigh... Pentax made such a wonderful camera, but it isn't enough...
True, being able to set a continuous low fps and sRAW would be nice. Tethering as well, if only to make some people happy. However, as mentioned ISO25 is hardware-related (no, it's not the same as underexposure, you'll get overexposure if you'll try to use ISO80 as ISO25!). And the MLU setting is separate from the timer (yes, it works also with an infrared remote).

Ditto on temporary blinkies. It's annoying after the first few seconds when trying to evaluate a shot.

- true RAW histogram!!! Pleaaaaase!

- Allow full P-TTL with manual lenses by firing the metering flash after the lens was stop-down (it works with m42s!).
- Allow Catch-In-Focus with all AF lenses when in MF mode by pressing the AF button (unused in MF!)
- Do an automatic lens AF setting by comparing Contrast and Phase detect AF results. If the camera moved during the process, ditch the results...

- Allow the movie mode in the USER menu!!! (sharing the same custom image mode between stills and movie is really cumbersome).
- Allow movie recording in all modes (except X and B, of course), by a long press on LV. Controls could then be compliant with whatever mode you're in...
- In movie mode, memorize two (or more) focus distances and allow instant change by pushing the AF button. No AF needed, just pure motor coding for ya!

Got some more somewhere in my head, but that's all for now...

Edit (got one): reinstate HSS in wireless (my MZ-6 can do it!!!).

Lots of good suggestions by others here. Two more suggestions. Add HDR Capture option and SR on/off option to Fx button functionality.

I don't think you should interpret people giving these suggestions as people being unhappy.

For serious HDR photography, two things are needed:

Larger bracketing interval, ideally 9 shots instead of five, and the possibility of bracketing only the shutter speed when in M mode, leaving the aperture untouched. This is only possible at the moment with non-DA lenses that have aperture rings.

Manual control of everything in movie mode.

And most importantly: tethering.
Please add it to the list.
The 645D doesn't support it either yet, but there are rumours that it will support tethering in the future. I'd be very surprised if the K-5 didn't have all the hardware it needs to support tethering. I'm sure it is just a question of developing the software (both in the firmware and outside the camera).
Please leave it for Pentax to decide whether they can do it via a firmware upgrade or not. Seems odd to leave it off the list just because it might be the case that additional hardware would be required.
