Stunning photos I think the DA21 is under rated on this forum, pic #4 shows just what it is capable of.

Nice shots, I like the 2nd a lot, yeah the K-5 has great quality it seems.

Thanks, yeah 21 is actually a really good lens.
I'm gonna try it out more today

From what I have seen posted on the web, I think that the K-5's huge DR and amazing ability to retain shadow detail are its greatest strengths. BTW, why don't your images look soft, like the test samples posted on dpreview?

I was thinking about getting a 5d II for landscapes in the next months... maybe christmas but after seeing this thread grrrrr

My purpose, I'm having demand for large printing and 5dII would be better then my k7. (I'm not selling pentax, the idea was to add a 5dII plus 17-40/4L)
