Hi, I only chose no. 3 because it seem to exhibit better edge contrast than with no.4 - Which is a sort of haze or hallow around the edges on a contrasting background. So when you sharpen this, it will most likely bloom. Whereas no.3 seemed to have a much more uniform contrast across the entire sample.

Having said this... I'd also guess that this phenomenon is as much a lens issue as it is a sensor one. So the choice can only really be attributed to this particular sample. And I certainly wouldn't base any system choices on this either. So it was really just for the here and now type of thing.
