K5, Sigma 10-20

Low noise; fine 'grains'; high DR. The only thing wrong with this camera is that I'm not using it enough!

Rupert, don't let a few take away your freedom to post pics, they don't need to look if they don't want to. Bring Otis back. He's part of nature isn't he? Nice pics of the birds.

Nigel, that is an excellent shot, I love it!

I'm trying to get a nice shot of Otis for those wanting to se him, but in this cold weather he is staying in his warm home a lot. Sunny and warm in a few days, maybe he will do a session for us?

Meanwhile, a little male Cardinal on a cold dreary day.

That's a really nice shot Rupert! You must be having some chilly weather there now 'cause he seems to be all fluffed up for the cold.

Loving K-5 for all the wonderful black and white pictures it produces! Here's another one taken with FA 77mm.

I have many dozens of these little Goldfinches right now...they are everywhere in my yard eating the thistle I put out....(niger seed)...they seem to love it! This one is trying out one of Otis' sunflower seeds......
