More beauties Frederic! (or 'beauts' in old fashioned American slang). I'm off for (eventually) Switzerland, having decided after much agonizing to take only my FA 31, FA 43, FA 43, DA 15 and, A 50 Macro.

Some of my first pics with the K5 II, this thing is awesome !!! And it certainly is a big step from my old K10.
All these were taken at iso 80, which I love it, when it can be used !!

Thank you !

When I go far away, I always take "all" my lenses with me, else I am sure to miss one

Have a nice trip ! If you make a detour to Luxembourg, I would be happy to see you !

The K5 continues to amaze me...

https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/post-your-photos/230518-macro-yellow-swal...ml#post2442641

And my old lens from the 80's...wow. They stopped making that one in 1991...

Cheers,
Cameron

Nice shot broah !

If you allow me, I would make some adjustments on your shot. I think the sky should be more dark and the cityscape could be a little bit more sharp.

May I show you my changes ?

K-5, Samyang 8mm FE

I found myself far to close to the fireworks for my 16mm lens. The fireworks filled the sky overhead and out of the frame.
So I reached for the Samyang 8mm FE and captured it all, including my family lying on blankets at the edge of the lake.
Of course, the FE has the detrimental effect of making the fireworks show look really small and far away.

Great shot Arizona Dave !!! I like how you've included the family in the Fireworks shot.

I like the Processing , I've recently purchased the Nik's software package but haven't played around with the Presets much in Color Efex. looks lnteresting.
