Thanks FS! Love your little green hopper, cute little guy! The red leaf is another piece of art, beautiful!

Shot nothing yesterday with my K5, but did process a few from some old files I have, but forgot were never processed.

I did a ton of macro work for a group of natural science illustration students last week. They were given various bugs in lucite to draw for their homework. I used my SuperTak 105mm with a SuperTak 55mm reverse mounted on it. The lucite made it a real challenge to get good pictures. Below is a sample of a beetle leg.

Frederic-- A great set, but you especially make a strong case for the DA* 50-135 with "Fall Leaves." The DOF you're getting wide open really has me thinking...

Thank you Ex Finn, you too FS!

Inspired by FS's red leaf I decided to try a leaf shot myself. Being locked here inside I had to try and find a leaf I could shoot through my windows with the Bigma on the K5.

Nothing like his great shot, but the Bigma bokeh isn't bad, and at 420mm through a window pane, it's the best I could do. At least I was inspired, thank you FS!........the green of Summer is almost gone now.

Now just a little fun.....

I've got your back....you peck away and I'll keep an eye on that guy with that long lens peeping through the window.

Regards!

Nice shooting Luis! I do love that first one, it is so like this time of year around here. Gorgeous skies in that shot too! It has a sort of "gloomy" feel to it....for me...I hate to see cold weather coming. But...just 3 more months until Spring starts to pop out! Great shot, you should frame it!

This fat squirrel is enjoying his Thanksgiving dinner......he doesn't worry about Winter, he always has plenty to eat here!
K5+ Bigma
