Think my deck needs a power wash? This little gal does not seem to mind

Dyoon- That is a nice shot! Was that boat marooned? You are going to enjoy your K5, it is a fine camera and can bring tons of joy, just shoot plenty and post them here!
Rupert: Yup. Apparently it's been there a while, and it's right beside the very popular beach walk in Vancouver, so everyone is really intrigued by the sight (perhaps not the owner him/herself.)

Here's a bit closer look, though I made a focusing mistake (I was too excited that I realized it was on manual moments later)... oh well :P

Thanks I already am!

Dyoon - I'd be tempted to board it and just sail away! If I was there and a little younger it wouldn't be there long!

Luis- Some nice captures.......I've never been surfing, but it looks difficult to me. The waves in the second shot look plumb scary!

FS- More fine shots! #3 gets my vote this time. Can you tell us what all is in that fruit dish?

My only shot for today......I was busy and the sun was too bright most of the day. From the low teens of last week, we finally reached 70 F today here!

These doves are delicious, but they are like family here, I could never kill one! Love the Bigma bokeh! For what it does, the Bigma may be one of the best lens values out there. At 50-90 mm it will even do a very nice portrait shot!

Regards!

Nice shots Sage! My kind of weather! Otis said he wanted to see more....and less......I think I know what he had in mind!

FS-Raspberry parfait! I should have known that or at least thought of it! I love raspberries and have them in fruit salads at least 3-4 time a week.

Good News...for old Rupert! Exam an X-rays today, the bones are completely healed and I can start the process of walking again. It may be several weeks before I can walk unaided, but it's a start and I look forward to it! Maybe I can post something new soon!

The big crack is gone...filled in with new bone! Still a lot of fragments in there that will take about a year to dissolve, but as long as I can walk I can live with the pain!

Original CT scan on 9/24

Regards & Thanks for your patience as I have done my window shooting over the past few months!
