I never thought to post any photos to this thread, having picked up K5 IIs just before Christmas, I've been really enjoying the boost in pixel count, and fantastic resolution compared to my Kr which I graduated from. I've posted most of these in the Single In Challenge, so consider them X-posted. These shots are all made on the South shore of Lake Ontario, except for the last... At the Horseshoe Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

I think the DNG files from this camera are great, and very easily processed to make stunning shots.

Frederick just keep posting, you are making my day every time I see your pictures. Do you mind if I print the cafe picture to hang above my desk?

I like all the photos you've just shared. Especially the first photo, that's an instant favorite! Great shot!
Right back at you, your photos are very good!

Enjoy "Playing in the Shadows" - IMO, pity about the wind turbine in the distance....

Those are huge waves coming in on that last shot!
The turbine do ruin the general feel of the photo a bit, I guess some would edit it out. And the waves were big, the swell was massive! We had 13m waves on the last few days, they caused some damage.

Terrific photos, Luis, esp. liked 'Golden Storm'.
Thank you!

Here's a few from Etosha NP, Namibia from a bit back.

The most curious of animals.

Squabbling over breakfast.

Keeping a healthy distance.

Getting out of here.

IMG13800.jpg by savochephotography, on Flick

King of the hill.

Cooling down.

Meeting at the local waterhole.

Grazing the grass.

Steenbok picking its way through the bush.

A jackal's breakfast.

Tasting the air before the hunt of the night.
