Thank you guys!

Here are a few from my last trip to Iceland, all taken with DA 18-135mm.

Great work. Love these.

Still figuring out working with color and within the digital workflow...
I think you are very close to getting it dialed in. I like the color and contrast.

Wow the people in this thread just amaze me such great captures. After a hiatus with some other brands I bought a new K5IIs and am back in the fold again. This was taken with a 55-300mm in terrible light. Trying to compare the AF tracking as compared to the Canon I came from. So far so good, but I have a long way to go.

Nice catch Rwingsfan! I never got the hang of BIF shooting...and probably never will!

FS-It's the first one, excellent! However, that last one is really the best of them all, some sense of mystery, perfect lighting for the mood of the shot, makes you look more than once!

Regards!

Thanks man considering the number of great captures I've seen you post that is quite kind. I love shooting birds and critters. I really enjoy BIF as they are even more challenging. I am lucky to have several places with eagles close to my home. Some even right in downtown Des Moines.

The second shot (of the palm trunk) has a sense of mysterious jungle about it, very nice!
