Agreed!

Hmm, I don't think I'll bother. I suspect it's the person behind the camera more than the lens that makes the image
Agreed as well ... someday, I hope to shoot like Frédéric J

FS- Fantastic sunset! You don't need a 645Z....you do just excellent with the K5!

Sorry...still no squirrels posing. It has warmed up nicely, but they read on the internet that they can be richly rewarded for posing topless and are holding out for more than I can afford. I can spare a bag of roasted peanuts, but a truckload is just plain ridiculous.

These little Goldfinches usually leave with warm weather, but this year they have decided to linger a while longer. Shot through a dirty window, but still viewable.

The males are very vibrant!

The females are much more muted in color.

I'll keep trying for the squirrel shots......if it heats up next week I might can catch them skinny dipping in the bird bath, and avoid having to pay for their poses.

Regards!

Is the K 5 II s OK in this thread? I thought about getting a K 3. I'm sure it's a superb camera, but in the end I couldn't resist the idea of a refined K 5, a camera I have really loved. Some early efforts here (A 20 and A 135, non * version).

Somehow my little Jays didn't show up? They are not fantastic, but they did want their 15 seconds of fame!

Now they show up, but they did before in the preview? Maybe they will stay this time!

Regards!

Nope! Don't see them again? They show up in the preview but not in the post....anyone have any ideas why? The new improved Flickr is not so improved in my view.
I saw both posts of your Jays, maybe reception is bad at your place.
