No, she knows better, but thought if I posted her shot here and on other photography forums, it would increase her chances of finding a new nut to support her! Squirrels are not dumb, they know where to look for nuts!

Best Regards!

Took this one this weekend... the Tamron AF 70-200 F2.8 is advertised as a "Tele Macro" and all the reviews poo poo that since it doesn't go 1 to 1...

I tried it out on this dragon fly and they can say what they wan't, it doesn't do a half bad imitation of a Macro. To really appreciate, pull up at full resolution.

Cute little jail bir...um, squirel Rupert! I'd offer to trade you for a slightly used horse that bites, but he's not mine to give, heh.

I thought you collect squirrels from around the world and that is why you have so plenty of them, but you say they multiply like rabbits? Nice animals! Thanks for sharing photos with us!

Nice shots of some good looking horses! However, I am already near bankrupt from feeding Otis' Army of Squirrels, horses eat almost as much as squirrels!

Regards!

I finally figured out how to get my fix for full frame, even on my K-5.
Playing with my new free copy of Perfect Effects 8, HDR conversion and "35mm contact sheet" border.

Some rough test shots with my new "Franken-lens" creation ... a Jena (Carl Zeiss) Cardinar 100/4 in Werra rangefinder mount that I adapted via el-cheapo Chinese K-mount extension tubes ... really liking this one thus far. Most shot at wide open or near ... second capture with extra tubing. J

Playing with "the tank" (FA100 Macro) and my K-5.

Gloire de France gallica rose. I don't have any hybrid teas in my garden. They are all shrub roses or old fashioned cabbage roses.

Jean - The colors that wash from almost a metallic candy apple red to rich violet in that first pic's flowers petals are really rare to see captured so well. Thanks for sharing.
Whatever is going on in your test lab with Franken-lens, keep it up!

Susan - nice rose!
Eric
