That little girl is on of the best reasons I can think of to own and use a lens like the DA*55 1.4? Wonderful - both pictures and child!

Thank you all. Fortunately, she hasn't reached the age where she is bothered by her dad snapping lots of photos of her.

Rondec and fs999

Your photos are fantastic. The question I have is, are the photos mostly processed or are the slightly processed with the camera and lens producing most of the image. In other words do I need to work on my technic or my processing to equal the caliber of photos you 2 are posting.

Thanks
Mark

My landscape shots are processed using Nik Effects (Raw Sharpener and Color Efex). For portaits, like of my daughter on the previous page, I just bumped exposure a little in light room, but not much else.

Hope that helps.

Thank you Popellis !

Some photos are more processed than other, but all are underexposed by 1Ev to not overexpose the highlights. With the curves tool you can easily lighten the shadows.
I use often Topaz clarity, adjust and of course DeNoise. And good lenses greatly improve my photos !
