The Thread

The title of this thread always makes me smile inside. I remember the excitement surrounding the K5 when it was introduced. This thread appeared and it was clear we had a keeper. I still have a K-5, although my main camera is the K3, and it continues to please me almost daily. This thread has been a constant inspiration. Thanks to all who have and who continue to contribute!

Thank you for your work fs999, the last one the abstract with the 85 1.2, I would be interested to see how that lens is with general scenes and portraits, do you have any like that? Also the FD adapter you use, do you retain the optical glass in it, or did you take it out?

No I never used it on portraits, because I have better results with de DA 50-135... And I havn't removed the glass.
The only scene I have is this :

Here are a few photos of a gingerbread house set up at a local hotel. It took the people about 150 hours to bake/build it.
