There are some impressive photos in this thread! I enjoyed reviewing them.

I just got a new-to-me K-5 to upgrade from my trusty old K100DS, and it is wonderful. Handling and technical photo quality are excellent (but the photographer needs work!).

Here is one from yesterday afternoon just before sunset - crocus in bloom. K-5, SMC Takumar 55mm f1.8, ISO80.

FS...Just want your valued opinion......Does this little guy, only 12 weeks old, look like he has the "goods" to someday replace his Grandpa Otis as leader of the massive Army of Otis? I'm pretty impressed...hell, I'm 70 and can't match those....maybe I have shrinkage?

What do you think?

Could be the steroids in the corn?

His sister, the same age, already has a weight problem.

At our local photography club last night one of the members showed how to take photographs of water drops. It was a fun exercise, and a nice learning experience! Here is one I took...

K-5, ISO80, AF-280T flash angled down, Pentax-M 50mm f1.7 @ f5.6, cropped

I've got a long way to go to catch to some here, but I am really impressed with the DR of the K5.
The stone wall behind the wagon was almost black when I started!
PP is not my strong point, but I am pretty happy with the outcome.
