Masloff Morning is a stunning shot. The light, the WB, composition. Love it. One of the best I have seen on here.

Thanks for the "corn clarification", I recall knowing that, but it was a long time ago and I had forgotten.
I do know that my Squirrels eat a lot of it, along with peanuts, sunflower seeds, and Imported Exotic nuts.

All that corn will put a smile on their face!

Sweet corn, salty corn, sour corn; Who cares. And while we are at it,
do forgive me, but it should be faces. (and "quickly")

People are pedantic aren't they.

We're from Texas....we can barely speak the King's English, and proper grammar is out of the question here.

Yes, some are....but me any my Squirrels ain't!

Best Regards!

You don't have to worry about speaking well if you are this Handsome!

So I was out in the back yard trying to catch little brown birds in mid-flight ( have many blurry images of 'em so far - will post when I get 'em sharp ), with my new 55-300 @f8, 1/1000 sec, and snapped this incidental image of my dog, Luna, lazing in the sun. I was in TAv mode, and didn't notice this was ISO5000(!!!!). I love this camera

Great looking Doggie at any ISO.......Tav is my favorite mode, you just set the speed and aperture you want and forget it! You will most often get a very usable shot no matter what ISO the K5 selects.

Thanks, Rupert; I love her, so my judgement isn't fair... She's made peace with Otis' minions in the area, too.

I don't like TAv on my K20D (I like high-iso on the K20D but only for B&W, which reminds me of Tri-X ), so the K-5 is a revelation

Yes, it is indeed! Even one of the less handsome Squirrels looks pretty decent at ISO 12,800 with the K5!
