Great photos everyone! It's nice to see some actual photos instead of all the rapping on equipment quality, and short-comings of the equipment. Again, nice photos and everyone keep up the good work.

Nice one Bats. Do you carry that everywhere?
Pretty much. The crystal ball and my WALL-E toy can usually be found in my camera bag.
More importantly, my camera stays with me almost every time I leave the house. You never know what you will run into on the streets.

It was a wet grey day, but the amount of moisture in the air made the aircraft create vapour trails like I have never seen before.

Nice photo archive of the F-111. I know it appeared in the 1988 James Bond film 'Octopussy,' and I also remember seeing it in another Bond film 'Thunderball' in 1965. They didn't have quite the camera you did back then either.

Walkabout...

Still getting the hang of my K-5 ... Coming form the K200d; it's quite a steep step to climb.

Taken at the Old Port in Montreal; the "lake" is just starting to freeze; interesting texture with the frozen surface and the "noise/grain" of the images.

Thanks!
It's stormy here today with sun breaking a bit, so the conditions are great.
I spent a few hours on the beach catching the waves and trying to capture
the best composition with the nice light in the background.
Amazing contrast of warm sky and blue cold waves. I might show more shots
taken today, just picked that one first as I like the layout of two waves
superimposed such a nice way...
Taken with my favorite lens - 43 Limited.
