Thanks everyone for your photos, they are inspiring to me - I am learning how to use a digital SLR. Last SLR I used was a Minolta 800 and could not afford to experiment as much due to cost of film+development. Really enjoying the K-5. Mainly bought it to take pictures of my family. Here is one of my son after a long winter enjoying some time in the sun and one of my daughter enjoying her favorite food. Taken with Tamron 17-50.

Such beautiful scenery WerTicus, I'd enjoying looking at them all day. I think that you did a beautiful job of capturing their images. Great job. Are they twins?

the little boy at play is a great capture..I love the colours and the little lads full attention to his shovel it reminds me of the days when mine were younger.....thanks for sharing

You may be learning (aren't we all?), but those are good shots. That ketchup is too sweet and salty for me, though
