Cinnamon rolls. Actually not filled with cinnamon this time but instead almond paste or vanilla. 49 of them coming straight out of the oven tonight.

What do you live on a nature reserve or something

My journey to snap some shots of the Osprey in their natural habitat yesterday did not go well, these things can literally hear you breathing from 50 yards away, really tough bird to get pics of...

Came accross this nice little game. It is spring overhere, so playing outside is the way to go.

yes I live on the side of a big lake, and part of it is a nature reserve territory..but those pictures are taken from the road outside..and in the small ports for fishing boats. Actually I "only" have the da55-300..planning to buy the da300 f4..and I'm about to buy a Pentax 1.7x adapter..so the fun is just going to start I hope

jva59 - I don't know where you found tulips in the 'burgh! All I have seen lately are daffodils and forsythia. Beautiful shots!

Thanks Allison! Shots taken on my hands and knees in my front garden Squirrel hill with the A 50 macro, during our brief bit of sunlight. Groan, however, I think I may just have discovered the famous sensor stain. Either that or a very persistent bit of dust.

I have nothing long or really anything AF for shooting birds (birding is not my cup of tea ). I have a Vtar Series 1 70-210 A Set (ver 3), extremely sharp - only problem is it is MF. I did pick up a fairly old Soligor 2x conv for a good price last week, so I may get out after those Osprey again sometime this week and give it a shot.
