fs999 - Great perspective on that old Pontiac....the 15mm ltd looks like a fun lens.

K-5 with Tamron 17-50 on a Tripod.

Here is my contribution to this thread. These were taken last night. Nothing spectacular, but I sure do like this camera a lot.

Just upgraded to a K5 from K20. I have not had a chance to test it too much yet, but so far I am really impressed.
Here is one that I snapped today.
Handheld- F4, 1/20, ISO 1600(can you believe it) pentax DA55-300mm

Hi
I have taken this picture just recently at the Chicago Science Museum and I am posting it simply to yet again demonstrate the outstanding low light capability of the K-5. It was shot with only the light the museum provided in the room where these exhibits were shown. Lens: TAMRON 24-135 AF AD, F4, at 30mm, 1/20" (-1 EV), ISO 1600 hand held. PP only consisted of moderate De-Noise in Topaz and some light sharpening. Thats all, no other corrections. Ain't that something? I think technically it is next to perfect, what do you think?
It is also an endorsement for the wonderful multi talented Tammy.

Greetings

I really like that first shot cwhans, as well as the old car and your bracketed shot savoche! The K-5 looks like a killer in low light.

Here are some snaps rom this weekend at our air show.
