Here is one that I recently took. I was driving down the road and happened across this old barn. I was happy to see that it hadn't quite fallen over yet.

A nice shot with interesting motion within the composition and grass.

Old Iron

I was heading home from work and saw this really cool looking old train engine, I drove about a half of a mile untill I convinced myself that I should not pass this opportunity up, so I turned around and took a bunch of handheld shots, when I got the camera out I wanted to use my old Vivitar screwmount lens but realized that the lens adapter was not on it, I wanted nice tack sharp shots so my Tamron 28~200 film era zoom was out, all I had left was my old trusty Pentax m 50mm 1.4 lens that I have had for around 34 years (since I was a teenager)
This lens has NEVER let me down and you can see by these shots it didn't let me down today.
I am still a novice at this but I feel I am really gettin a grip on it and the use of Lightroom as well.~

And I turned around and took a cool shot of me car......yes I am the proud owner of a 2012 Camaro.

A quick DOF test with the Pentax K 50mm f/1.2 which I found in the local Pentax shop today. @f/1.2

The result? Nice. Maybe with better framing and focusing I could get a 3d-ish effect too

Frederic, you give me more confidence to shoot longer exposures at high ISO. And shoot at higher ISO in general. I think I'm addicted to the DR that ISO80 gives me with this camera.

Twitch your garden shot is lovely.
I really like the barn capture as well. Very well done.
