Lovely shots Rondec, just love that second one. Ha ha "the flying flower bird" on the fourth one of yours indeed Fs999.. class and love the black and white shots. Excellent portrait too Westmill.

Its rather strange.... The girl in the pic is an old friend. I had not seen or heard from her for about two years. No sooner as I posted this pic she got in touch with me.

Curlew

A Marbled Godwit (previously misidentified as a Curlew), taken from my electric dinghy this afternoon, using my K-5 and Tamron AF 300mm telephoto. This one was going for segmented worms hiding in the mud bottom.
