K-3s are finally making their way into people's hands.

The K-5 is dead.
Long live the K-5!

Terrific shots as always, FS. Had a hard time deciding which landscape I liked the most, but I'm going to go with the third: BW hillside with path winding into the distance. The blue flower also captivating.

Some pictures taken at a wedding I shot a couple of weeks ago (and that will be the last one ever).

I just not good enough with people to do that kind of thing; way harder than I imagined.

I got mixed up between cameras with and without flash, wrong lens on wrong camera, ...

I had a lot more fun shooting at the party at the end than at the wedding itself.

(used my old K200D and a K5)

Frederic--

I was meaning to ask, are you getting the dark skies in photos like "Path to Grand Ballon" solely in post processing or are you using a CPL or red filter on the lenses themselves? At any rate, another wonderful set...

Thank you CreationBear !

I used a Hoya Pro1 CPL on those photos, but the sky was relativly light blue, so I forced it in Topaz B&W Effects with an orange filter effect at 0.44 intensity.

Excellent, thanks for elaborating--it seems as if a lot of the dedicated B&W folks mostly use Nix Silver Effects so it's good to see the Topaz product showcased.
