Nice shooting Luis- I really like #2...where is that? Of course, I love the little bug! All little boys love bugs!

Here is a better shot of a little female...this one is better than the one I posted above...I shot this one at -0.7ev and then pushed it a little...works better for me.

Regards!

Nice enough to take a walk today and actually shoot a couple pictures that were not through the glass I am still dealing with a large learning curve, but dang the K5II just makes it a pleasure. My wife and three grandkids were walking and all I brought along was the 18-135mm so the BIF are pretty cropped. We live close to a river valley and when I get down here there are lots to shoot, but alas no squirrels today

Rwingsfan----Just a guess, but with all those raptors cruising around, I am guessing that even a squirrel brain would know not to venture out and about just so you could get a nice handsome squirrel shot?

Regards!

Remember, when hawks are flyin'...squirrels are dyin'!!

Very nice FS, all of them! I'd go with #2, love it....but with Otis over my shoulder looking in through the window, I'm gonna have to go with the handsome squirrel!

Nice lighting on the squirrel, just right.

Compare this to the one above...like it better? The only difference is that I used the "Clarify" action in Photoshop Pro on the original. I seldom use PSP, but I do often use their "Clarify" action.

Regards! Keep the squirrels fed and good luck will come your way....Otis says...Really? Like my broken foot?

Those are really nice photos!

And I just like all those furry squirrel photos, witty captions make them even better! You all are too funny.

I got to test K-5 ii in very wet foggy dawn/morning by the lake. Still amazed how I don't have to worry about my camera getting wet but only myself. Only problem I had was light metering, which caused made it difficult to focus on anything... but I guess any camera would have had trouble or will suffer with 'extremely low light' situation. These are photos from few moments later when sun started to peek through.

Thanks very much Rupert. I really like your bird shots. They make me want to go out and do the same.
