Whatever is going on in your test lab with Franken-lens, keep it up!
Yes, I agree, but that purple one really caught my eye...gorgeous!

Susan--Very excellent shot! Lovely bloom and great color!

Regards!

Susan - nice rose!

Merci eric & rupert ... Here's what the creation looks like at the moment ... need to find a dead Werra camera to use its mount to have a possible proper Ap ring ... Rome was not built in a day ... only a hand-made/cut hard felt ring is holding the lens inside the K-mount extension tubes. Not super "secure", but I will address this issue later ... J

My kids love the rain. Not sure why, but my daughter, in particular, will go outside just to run around in a rain shower. Elliot prefers an umbrella, though.

Luis, you haven't lost a step. Beautiful work! Ya, the K-5 legacy should live on quite a while yet.

I was in a park in the west end of Toronto a couple of days ago. Within the span of just a few minutes, I watched as a massive fog bank moved eastward, out of the park and envelop downtown Toronto. If I'd had a tripod, it would have made a pretty neat video.

That's quite impressive!

I should invest in a flash setup for macro...

Haven't seen this thread in a long while but the pics posted are consistently as breathtaking as the last couple hundred pages.

I haven't used my camera in a few months but managed to snap these pics when I visited Albuquerque.
