Haven't done many people shots. Just discovered Nik Plugins, so please forgive the processing.

Visited a local women's weaving coop in Sacred Valley, Peru. Our tour company has a partnership with a foundation that has enabled this community to purchase alpacas for a sustainable wool source and built a community centre with looms and sewing machines. Lovely group of women that showed us how they go from wool straight from the alpaca, spin it, dye it using natural dyes and then weave it whether using hand methods or the loom.

This time, La Paz Bolivia. Carnival was starting in a couple of days time, so the street sellers were out in force making sure everyone had enough water balloons, silly string, streamers, water pistols, costumes etc for the festival.

An "Anastigmat Malik Triolam 1:2.9 F/100 Paris" ... lots of fun with it on my Russian bellows and K-5. Only minor LR4 adjustments ...

Whew! A couple of days without any updates to one of my favorite threads- was afraid it might drive me crazy. I'm glad a couple of you came to the rescue . Thanks.

Now to avoid the impression that I might just be here for the free ride: A couple of B&W shots taken with a Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 DC EX HSM (unfortunately I don't know how to retain the impressive sharpness in LR5 post processing).
