NO for me. Serial 3823862. On a sidenote, I'm really excited for the day when I can come to this board and nobody will be talking about stains.

None on mine: 3836407 from B&H in the US.

Looking at some of the photos though, I wonder if all the reported issues are stains or just dust on the sensor. In fact at least one photo reminded me of some shots I took with a mark on the lens.

Unfortunately this is no longer true: See post 169 for details.

That was my first thought, but looking at the whole pandemic, it's definitely a QC issue... Whoever supplied the sensor assembly to Pentax, did a really lousy job...

Just one at the top edge. I don't think it will be a problem.

Sorry. It turned out to be dust that I was able to blow away with my Rocket Blaster.

Serial 3820688

Mine has two spots close together just left of center and below the middle line and one smaller spot above them. They do not appear in normal images but do show in sky shots. First noticed them in shot of snow geese flying overhead. Thought they were dust on sensor or spots on the Bigma lens.

One mini spot 10 x 10 pixels. Unremovable with Isoprop.
I do not consider this a problem.

Sadly I must revise my original assessment. Initially everyone seemed to have the "trail of dots" near the middle of the image. But after following the thread and seeing all the variations, I did a more thorough exam and found the dreaded spots in the upper left corner of my images. Quite evident at f22 and smaller but knowing now where to look I can detect it in some shots as wide as f11. I tried two different lenses, the Sigma 10-20 and for whatever reasons the spots were more pronounced than with my DA40. Not super major but I kinda feel like when my new car, less than week old got it's first big scratch from some bozo in a parking lot.

Yes, one line near the center. Starting to get noticeable around f/11. The test shot below is f/22 though.

That would be a good time to buy some "sell" options... if anybody is in stocks... :-(

My store has received the body, still waiting for the 18-135... somehow I'm not too thrilled about picking it up...
