So, first of all, this is not a Review. It's just some douche-bag who thinks his D7000 is better than my K5. Fine for him. Who cares? If he wants to talk about 'professional' cameras then he shouldn't be talking about APS-C cameras to begin with. After all, No self respecting pro ( sarc ) would use one anyway, Right?

God, these sort of videos REALLY get me annoyed. Someone who is prepared to use any statistic to make the Nikon look better. What about Landscape photography??? I think it's obvious we've got a clear winner there!

Actually it's certain group of nikonians that makes me think I'd never buy a Nikon in my life. I'd hate to see some pentaxians behave the same way.

That video had absolutely nothing to do with photography.

I have a friend that acts they same way he doe's, and he was upset that I bought the K5. So we went through the benefits of the K5 to his Nikon and he lost out all the way around with his Nikon. Also have a friend with Canon and is the same, I'm glad I bought the K5 just to show them up.

Upset? It was your money you used for the purchase, right?

Did I miss the link to his site so I can make a comment? I looked but did not see.

Also, this being a YouTube video, hosted physically on YouTube I'm assuming, why not just comment on the video there; tactful or snide, either way. Your comment is likely to be seen 10x - 1000x more there anyway.

Eh, they're not worth anything. I'll do you a favor and take them off your hands for free instead of you having to pay someone to take them. I'll even pay shipping.

I don't know which one's better, and I don't really care. I just got my K-5 today and did some tests. I'm nearly speechless at how good this thing is. I sent my Nikon D3 off to have some repairs this morning, and you know what? I'm not really worried about when I'll get it back. And that's coming from a self-described Nikon fanboy.

I didn't actually watch the douchebaggy video. In his comparison, did he happen to mention that you can't mount FA Ltds on the D7000? LOL

If you want them PLEASE take them off my hands, I will be indebted to you for the rest of my life!

Ray

PS He keeps talking about how superior the D7000 is in high ISO over the K-5, isn't it something less than one half of one percent according to DXOmark?

I also don't care one way or the other, i'd be happy with either camera!
I just do not like the fact that he's trying to push his wares up my keester with a bunch of crapola!

Ray

PS I will gladly take that nasty ole D3 off your hands.

That's what he's whining about. That someone would Dare to write him and use that reference. Then he goes into a 3 minute diatribe about auto focus. Or at least I think it was 3 minutes. I stopped listening at 2 minutes with the conclusion he would offer absolutely NO proof. Never held a Nikon so I cannot compare but the K5 is pretty damn fast and accurate with AF.
