I'm sorry......or maybe I'm not, but I read the entire D7000 review and find the camera very lacking in some of the most appreciated features that Pentax offers. Can't see the ISO in the viewfinder? How many shots does that ruin or degrade ......I remember my DS and how many times it fouled me up. SV Mode is my favorite mode......you can change in a millisecond, and see what you have set. The controls on the D7000 sound complicated and placed in very inconvenient locations...besides being flimsy. While I am not happy with Pentax currently over their poor marketing and the sensor problem, I sure don't want to get in a rage and buy a camera that is second rate in usability. Pentax is superb in user control and ease of operation.....that counts for more than you can measure in a laboratory setting. If it is easy to use, you use it more and get better results.
BTW-The guy in the video........I'm pretty sure that is him in the Walmart photo......from what I see in the Walmart shot, it looks identical to his face in the video.
Best Regards!

Yes, but your friend can walk in to any Best Buy, (even Walmart now,) and buy lenses for his Nikon. Can you say that??? NO!!! And don't give me that "Pentax has great primes" arguement. New "modern" lens selection sucks. I didn't have an issue with my K7 itself, it was lack of lenses and poor availability, plus poor p-ttl with an external flash, but thats another story. Pentax is the "Hyundai" of the camera world, good, but never good enough.

Wow the response has been more than I expected. I guess it goes to show you that He'll Hath No Fury Like A Pentaxian Scorned. How long do you think before he disables comments?

Olisiko luotava oma Nikon - Canon forum. Niin ei sotkisi Pentax K-5 forum asioita. Pentax on parasta, niinkuin on iPentax.

In my live I have learned one important lesson, NEVER rubbish you competitor, because if you rubbish your competitor you only rubbish YOURSELF.

Finally I understand why Amazon seek reviews of the packaging used.

PS Have I missed your Topaz NR article?

This was hilarious.

After perusing through David MeShow's (not the camera review guy) other videos, I found him quite entertaining and his serious stuff sounded quite fantastic. His song "Anything" is a sure hit I think.
