Everything's in the K-5 but the kitchen sink, and...

Focus Bracketing !!! ... wouldn't that have been fantastic?! And if we could have set focus bracket level of low/med/high that would have been even better.

(yes, I know there's a "Dear Pentax" thread )

Thats an interesting concept Do other camera's have that? That would be very useful for macro I presume.

Indeed, it would [my gawd you have some incredible stuff in your PPG! ]. And not only Macro, but wouldn't a 3 shot bracket taken in under a 1/2 second be great during extremely challenging circumstances for the AF system such as AF in low light conditions or during moving action; as I understand some do manually with their manual lens when not doing macro.

And nope, I don't know of any camera that has it, but I imagine not. Pentax is the only one with TAv mode. It would be a feather in their cap to also have focus bracketing.

...so, taken as a 'bump', noone else?

Yeah, sure, I can get behind the idea. It won't cost extra and I don't have to use it, right?

As long as it's "smart" enough to apply different amounts of focus variation depending on aperture, focal length, and distance to subject. I wouldn't want it to be something I had to keep tweaking manually.

the raw button / fx could be more customizable, i currently find myself not really wanting it to do any of the options..

also id like to be able to swap af and and ae-l
or the green button and af... its not exactly perfect for me.
