Need Help! Is this "the stain"

Just got my K-5 yesterday - SN is 3954xxx. I was feeling pretty confident about it not having the stain given it's late SN, but when I tested it on a white screen today and a piece of paper, this came up each time. I ran the dust test and no dust was detected. Ran the dust removal and no change. This was taken at f/16.

There's no "string of pearls" and it's just the one spot. Thoughts?! I can get another one from Amazon with overnight delivery, so it's not a big deal.

Looks like regular dust to me.
Sometimes it can be stubborn and needs to be blown off. People here like Rocket Blowers.

Looks like classic dust to me.
The infamous stains usually come in a string or... a distinct circle with a defined(hollow) outline.

I tried the blower with no luck. Any other suggestions? The only "camera store" I have nearby (within 2.5 hours) is a Wolf Camera, and I don't know how much I trust them messing with the sensor. I'll go by tomorrow and see if they have the wet sensor cleaners. If I can't get it off with the blower or the wet swipes, I'm more inclined to think that it's the stain. As much as I hate it, I know that sh** happens and hopefully the replacement will be free and clear.

This does not look like the glass defect.

TBH, it doesn't look like the "K-5 stain"; looks like a regular piece of dust.

Thanks to everyone that replied. This is my first DSLR so I'm new to the dust battle. Hopefully I can get it clean. I'm traveling to a more populated area next week with better camera stores. Maybe they can help me out.

definitely dust. if I were to point my k20d at a blank wall at f22 i would probably see a dozen just like that. if the blower cant get it off the wet cleaning should. the 'stain' as its been labeled looks very distinct and is caused by bubbles in the glass cover. its in a pattern of several/many spots with a sort of halo surrounding a darker core

If I may recommend, the best help for you is to not shoot at f/16, or to be prepared to spot a little bit on the rare occasions when you have to shoot that small an aperture.

This was to test for the stain

I don't normally shot at f/16 or higher. I was specifically doing this to test for the stain. Thanks for the advice though.

Does not have the ring effect, just looks like normal dust.
