The shutter button is not rated because there is no way to rate it. Unlike the shutter itself, which is precisely controlled and consistent across cameras, the life of the shutter button is entirely dependent on how the user uses it.
Some users may mash the button. Some may rapid fire tap it. Some may use it with greasy fingers and get grime building up inside. Some may use it primarily in continuous shooting mode and never let go of the button for 20 shots. There is no way to estimate the lifespan. Considering that I seriously doubt there's anyone logging how many times they press the button regardless of whether they take 0 or 20 shots from that press, even if they did post a spec there would be no way to keep track and be meaningless.
