Congrats on the K5 - it is truly a fantastic camera and I know you will not be disappointed.
Thanks Frogfish! Other than having way too many cameras, my biggest concerns about the K5 are:
(1) OVF ... I'm now used to the EVF of the GH2 and the A55. While OVF obviously provides more clarity, those two EVF's are HUGE and almost as clear as an OVF. Plus, you can overlay all sorts of info on the EVF.
(2) Live view AF speed. Sometimes, for walkaround, I just compose with the LCD and shoot from the hip. That works pretty well for the GH2 and A55, b/c the AF on the LCD is the same speed as through the EVF. I read that the live view AF speed of the K5 is pretty good compared to other standard DSLR's.
(3) Please no stains! No front focus. No back focus. No side focus. Or top focus!
(4) Hope the significant other doesn't get PO'd when she sees yet another new camera!
