Worldwide.

Distribution, I don't know. But I guess it was according to markets which would leave some 20% or 300 for North America (which is 1 per 1 million North Americans). Better Pentax market share figures exist but I am too lazy to look them up.

I guess Singapore got more than Asian average because of its high buying power.
